[Shotimes] Water injection (sort of)

I've seen it on a few newer Powerstrokes, and Dodge Cummins'. IIRC there
was a newer Powerstroke extended cab pickup, complete with lift and huge
tires, running 11-second 1/4 miles. The truck had a larger turbo, nitrous,
propane and a few other things.
Maybe Doug Lewis can shed some more light, he's got a Powerstroke.
