[Shotimes] problems starting

My 93 started acting up over a year ago. It's likely the fuel pump check
valve. If I cycle the ignition key twice and then start, it will fire right
up. You can cycle the key until you can hear the excess fuel returning to
the tank. If she routinely fires, expect to change the pump in the near
future. I'm just lazy.
