Whatcha hafta do is this....
Take a piece of fine sandpaper or emory cloth and rough up the two surfaces that
will be bonding with the adhesive. Mark on the outside of the glass with a marker
so you can see where you are headed, and rough up the surface of the glass, in two
directions, 90 degrees apart. Do the same thing with the metal base. Then follow
the directions...use the catalyst, let it dry, then use the drop of adhesive. Slide
the base around a bit for a second to make sure the adhesive is under ALL of it,
then let it sit for 15 minutes like it says. It'll stay fine.
