[Shotimes] Dynomax component #45606

For the exhaust system on the MTX SHOwagon, I'm thinking that I need a
Dynomax part #45606  (the resonator with the bend around the shifter), and
that's about all that I can use.  Aft of that, I'll have to have stuff bent
locally, yes?

Does anyone know whether Dynomax components can be bought individually and
if so, where?
