[Shotimes] engine surging

Brian:
 Your A/C compressor maybe trying to drag or lock up while turning. I would
change the A/C clutch first and then be ready for a compressor change. Be
aware that your IAB can also be the cause. Unhook the IAB and try to start
the engine and hold the rpm steady using just the throttle. Turn the A/C on
and see if the engine is still surging. This will eliminate the IAB but the
car won't idle much if at all with the IAB unplugged.
