[Shotimes] Problem starting

Either clutch interlock switch, a starter disable from an old alarm, the
ignition switch, or the starter motor.
That covers the most likely choices.
Next time it fails, connect a meter to the starter to see if it is getting
power for the integral solenoid.
Also, check the interlock switch on the clutch pedal.
