The intake isn't hard to take off quickly, especially if you have the TB coolant lines bypassed, no EGR etc. With it off you can take the time to clean things up under and in there.
Running great now, I added a newer style IAB and it has fixed many problems I was attributing to a non-stock MAF, especially coming down to idle and hitting too low RPMs.

Yes. I have done it 3 times. Don't use the Autolite plugs. Use the Motorcrafts.
