[Shotimes] FS: 3.0 & MTX w/ 58k from an '89

I was giong to stuff these in my '94 MTX...but that was recently totalled; and I bought an ATX so these are up for sale.  Came from a rear-ended '89 with 58k; Haven't even had a chance to move them since they were delivered. The engine is missing the DIS module..easy find on eBay if you don't have one, though.
 
Going with the engine I have a water pump gasket kit, rear main seal kit, and two heater hoses for the MTX SHO setups.  Pics avaiable on request.  Want $900 for the pair or can entertain on them separately.
