[Shotimes] hesitation/shudder

I was driving on the parkway today doing probably 75 in 5th gear and I gave 
it about 3/4 throttle. The engine kind of shuddered and felt like it jumped 
a little for a second but then settled down and accelerated as usual. When I 
got to stop sign at the end of the exit and started in 1st and the same 
shudder/hesitation happened but once I got rolling it stopped. I then tried 
accelerating (3/4 throttle) while rolling and I got the same shudder, but 
the weird thing is that the gurgle of the exhaust seemed to double until 
about 3500RPM and after 3500 it went back to its usual tempo. The car acts 
normal while rolling in gear and anything below 1/2 throttle is given. There 
is no oil in my plug wells, the spark plugs are 2 months old, the exhaust 
note at idle is normal ( no missing) and when I rev the engine in neutral it 
seems ok. I think my trans mount might be bad and am wondering if it might 
be the cause of some of this? If not any suggestions?
