[Shotimes] Engine Vibration

Hi all, Has anyone ever had a problem of a very noticeable rhythmic engine 
vibration?  I just had the clutch replaced and the engine now has a noticeable 
vibration as if something is out of balance.  The pressure plate, disc, 
throughout bearing, and pilot bushing was replaced.  The flywheel was also turned.

The trans shop where the work was done replaced the clutch a second time 
without much improvement.  The vibration is most noticeable at idle, and seems to 
resonate at higher RPMs.  The engine is not missing and did not do this before 
the clutch replacement.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks for the help.
