I believe the claim process is fairly tedious. You pay for shipping back,
they put them on a strut dynamometer and if they fail, they ship a new one
back. It takes several weeks.

I have my current set on for about 5 yrs.  Going over speed bumps
seems to really upset the car.  It sounds like I'm hearing squeaking
noises coming from the struts, both sides.  Depends on humidity for
how loud.

The struts have a lifetime warranty, but I want to make sure I don't
get hassled when I mail the old ones back.

Also, it is unlikely the Eibach springs need to be replaced.  Is
that fair to say?
