I'm gonna bite on this one and hopefully I will not sound too stupid.  I
actually printed out your message and went out to the car, then searched
through my Helms.

I came up with the fuel rails.

Also, a friend of mine asked if you had checked the MAF sensor (pardon me if
you did and I don't remember reading it), he said that there were some
earlier models that for some reason were not compatible when they should
have been.
