MarvelMysteryOil looks to me to be a lot like ATF. This is sort of an act
of desperation, and I have seen engines where this was tried. Actually what
some people do is to idle the engine to about 2000 rpm and then pour the oil
down the carburetor. It's messy but if there is nothing else you can try...
