Well depending on the size of the dent Dry Ice will take most of them out. Just don't touch the stuff or let it touch the paint. A towel folded a few times and some welding gloves you can take most small dents out. It will not pull a smashed 1/4 panel out but most dents. The reason is the dry ice shrinks the metal learned this back as a teenager working in a machine shop. Applied to my 76 Cobra II when my ex girlfriend made the comment "you love that car more then me" and I replied "Your Point??????" and she took a high heeled shoe to it. Took all the dents out with about 12 bucks worth of dry ice and never hurt the paint

It is cheap enough, just go to a shop in your area. After
my '96 got hammered by hail last year I am a total believer
in pro paintless dent repair. Had several HUNDRED dents in
the car, some as big as 4" across.
