Here in Omaha, NE, 95%+ of the stations serve 87, 89/90, and 91.  All of the 89/90 octane I've seen is 10% alchy, while 87 and 91 are void of the stuff.  The only station to widely carry any premium over 91 is Amoco at 92.  A few small shops carry some real high test stuff, but it's pricey.

10% is the formulation, and I have never seen the E-85 in 
Illinois. (Isn't that 15% alchol, and 85% gas?)
