If you want to stay current, http://www.f1racing.net is pretty good.

They are trying to achieve a slowdown of the cars because it is said
that the speeds are too high, and also to bring more parity since
the series is fairly one sided at this point.  Personally I liked
Briatore's idea of cutting down testing costs and doing more races.

All of this stuff has a lot of politics involved as you can imagine,
FIA, drivers, manufacturers all of which have different desires and
motives.
