I think Bill is right. Be sure and clean the ground path as you now see just
how important a good ground is! Take the bolts out and wire brush them.
Check the screws on the DIS and the back. It has heat sink compound on it so
don't clean it off. Might fix/prevent some odd engine symptoms down the
line!
