I assume the caliper bracket moves freely and the slider pins are
not frozen.
Besides the brake lines being bad, the proportioning valve pins are
most likely frozen. Assuming that your ABS works fine, I do
recommend replacing the valve pins with the plugs. I just did my 95
today and I just love the added stopping power.
I don't know of any easy way to test the function of the
proportioning valve.
Are both sides not bleeding fluid?
