[Shotimes] hood won't latch

On my '89 the hood latch won't just slide up and down.  The 
factory puts in two locating pins that keep the latch from 
being adjustable.

to solve this, remove the latch, take pliars and pop the 
pins out, they are designed to be removed easily.

Then you can put the latch back on and adjust it as needed.
