[Shotimes] Hazards Do Not Work

My first thought would be crud in the MFS (multi-function switch) preventing
electrical contact.  The MFS is the stalk on the left side of the steering
column.  I would remove it, open it, and clean it.  If you'd like
instructions on how to do that, let us know.

My '95 failed inspection for the first time ever.  Hazards do not work. Both
blinkers are fine.  Hazard button seems a bit sticky as well.  Anyone ever
had
this problem before?  Not even real sure how to get into that area.
