Do '91's have ABS? If so, buy some bias plugs and bypass the valve. Best
braking mod you can do for the money.

 

Are you sure your rubber lines aren't swollen/rusted shut?

Does anyone have a rear brake portioning valve (in good condition) that they
would like to sell?  My funds are low, but let me know.  I still am having
