[Shotimes] What is Code 511 ?

The 511 code is caused by your LPM.  You'll get it any time you try to run
a code check and have the LPM plugged into the J3 diagnostic port.

In short, there's no need to worry.  :)

511 (O) No power to PCM pin 1 or bad PCM (processor)

The vehicle runs, same MPG, but its very rough and hesitates
at take off.  Seems to lack some power too.  I got the codes run
at Autozone and this was the only one in both code runs.  It also
states something about fusible links and possibly a relay ???

Any help is awesome
