[Shotimes] OT Chernobyl hoax

I bet it isn't a hoax, simply because the reason the other person is saying
it IS a hoax, is because the "officials" they talked to said she wouldn't be
allowed in there.  Since when do we trust ukraine officials, especially
about anything involving Chernobyl?
