Yep, usually, however, the auto-responders are smart enough to only respond
once. They keep an internal list of email addresses and until the 'out of
office assistant' is turned off and back on again, they won't duplicate.

This happens occasionally here, and on our local list when people who get
their mail
at work go on vacation, and set up their work mailer or workstation to
autorespond
so that business folks won't think they are being ignored.

Just ignore it!!
