The Plus from Hell was white with black leather. The most common color was green
with mocha interior, but I'm sure there were lots of white and black interior ones,
too.
I'm doing everything, and it'll be done when it comes home from painting...I got a
hood for it while it was back with Mark Nunnally getting its 3.2 conversion...I have
another spare. I got a spoiler from Al Fitz a couple of years ago, in preparation
for this, and another lister, Tim Dahm, sent me a brand new pair of badges. The
hard thing is the window trim, and I have done that, by visiting PnP to get trim
from a SLO, plus getting a pair of rear quarter windows cut out of one so that they
can go into this one. It'll be a plus, through and through......and no one will
know it isn't one, unless I tell them! ;-) I am saving the original quarter
windows, since they are rare. Since it is a '90, the orange parts of the taillights
don't have bulbs. I'll have to retrofit the wiring back to the back to get the turn
signals operating separately from the brake lights. Those taillights must have been
added after it was on the road.
As I say, it has a cable shifter, since I often miss 4th out of 3rd (go back to 2nd)
with a rod shifter...don't want to do that on the track. I have a spare rod
shifter, actually two, since I have a parts plus, but I'm sticking with cable.
It has brand new Potenza RE730Bs, and will have Tokikos and CC springs, and a
Wilwood front set-up. It'll be mechanically identical to the Lowrider when it
becomes the main SHO driver.
