[Shotimes] Alternator goes "FU"

Hey guys, my alternator blew out today... at least, I'm pretty sure that's
what it is. I pulled into my parking lot at about 4 PM, and it ran fine. it's
6:41 now, and I just tried to start my car... nothing. nothing at all. the
battery dies so quickly that even the horn won't work. I had it jumped, and it
started fine, but as soon as the cables were disconnected, the engine starts
idling rough for about 2 minutes, then it just dies. Also, while it was
running, when I took the engine at or above 3K rpm, the tach would just... I'm
not sure how to describe it, it started getting lazy and falling down and
being erratic. I'm going to assume this is because there wasn't enough juice
to power the tach (not known to be a high-current drain item?)... I'm at a
loss here, and I desperately need some help!

Does anybody have a 94 ATX alternator they can sell, and quick? preferably
cheap? I don't care if it's used or whatever... I need my car to run! argh! I
have a parade to be in on monday and my car pulls this shit now!? I swear, God
hates me! I'm gonna #*%)#$% nuke this thing!
