Just an update on my brakes. Got the flexible lines changed
on my car. Here's a tip: always take the exact hose along to
give to the person bending brake tubing for you. The fitting
ends are different sizes from drivers side to passengers side.
I had to buy a fitting to adapt the hard line to fit in my hose.
As far as hoses go, my old drivers side hose was still open,
while the passengers was as tight as...well, it was shut tight.
So I had a non-functioning caliper on that side. As it is, I
still may half to replace that caliper again, as it might be
frozen from all that time of not being used. I'll check it
again soon to see if it has freed up.
All in all, not a terrible job, but I hope I don't have to do
it again on another car.
