[Shotimes] ATX timing belt tensioner tool

When I asked a couple fo years ago, I was told that Ford no longer sells 
this tool, and that they would typically get it from the MAC tool person, 
who wanted about $40 for it, and it would take him one week to get it to me.

After that, I said forget it, and have never used the adjustment tool . Car 
has been running fine since without the tool
