Hey, people (not just Ron), maybe you should have read the whole thread, as 
I stated earlier (my second post on the subject) that I went to NHTSA's web 
site. In their web site it stated that ABS is supposed to activate above 
10mph.

Maybe on BMWs, but it works below 25 on other cars.

Well, let's say that ABS functions mechanically below 25. Whether it "works"
in the given situation is sometimes debatable.

Just how fast was he going? ABS does not work under 25 or so mph. Remember
that folks, and let's repeat - ABS does not work at slow speeds.
