[Shotimes] Charging Problem

If the battery is bulging or gassing excessively then the regulator is 
defective as there is too much voltage going into the battery.  This is 
easily checked when the car is warm and has been driven for a while. 
Battery voltage when the car is running at least 1500 rpm should not be over 
14.5V.
