[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

I don't think the headlights on my 92 are that bad. There is some pitting
but not terrible. I've seen many gen 1 Taurus and the lenses looked badly
yellowed. On the flip side, my wife's 98 Windstar has smooth plastic
lenses that look like they're 100 years old. All cloudy. They still
light up the road I suppose, but I can't help but think they are a shadow
of their former selves. I will attempt to polish them at some point, but
I'm afraid that what they really need is replacing.
