[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

Mark,
I have the Silverstars in my '96 V8. They are better than
OEM type bulbs for sure, and with a better aiming (see my
other post on that) they do a great job.
I have not tried the harness for more juice to the bulbs,
but some people that I respect and trust say they noticed a
difference. But you don't need that to get at least some
useful improvment in night vision with the Silverstars.
