[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

My Wal-Mart had them for just shy of $38 per pair - the rebate would apply,
but you have to download it off Sylvania's site.

Wal-Mart has them for around $35 a pair.  Go to Sylvania's site and look for
a rebate.  I think there is one on now.
