[Shotimes] 22mm Fronnt Sway bar

In a spreadsheet that Leigh Smith posted awhile back, the rear bars from
'92-'94 or so were 23mm (as opposed to 26mm in the '89-'90). I know that
'93s and early '94s (like my '94) had 24/23 bars, and then ,disagreeing with
Leigh's s/s, the '95s had wimpy bars F&R (somewhere in the 19-21 range for
both), as I pulled a set off the POS '95 I had to put in the 24/26 combo.

I want to say that it is 23mm. In other words, when the Gen2 was
introduced, one of it's attributes was a more rigid body design. As a
result, there was less need to stiffen the rear end, so to keep the car
understeering, Ford made the rear bar smaller. I do know that the front
bar measured at about 24.6mm.
