No, your car is right.  All Tauri in 1991 (that I am aware of) had amber turn
signals in the back.  So, since pluses are all '91s, if this one is to be absolutely
accurate, it must have them.  It's a '90, and doesn't.  Actually, it does have amber
lenses, but they don't have bulbs in them.  

I need to rewire it so that the amber turn signals work separately from the brake
lights.
