[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

The harness I got from Comp Limited in 2000 does not have a fuse. The wires  
from the battery are 10 guage, the secondary wires are 14 guage. 
 
This upgrade does light the "light out" light. I have a black interior so I  
took a triangle shaped piece of rubber roofing [no reason, had it lying 
around]  and stuck it to the corner of the dash with double side tape. Can't see the 
 light and the rubber piece is inconspicuous.
