This is from a guy named Dick Carlson in 1999. I am surprised the web pages

I have done this mod and it works good.
If I did this again I would just build my own harness. Much cheaper and you
could use better relays and wire. This site has a good set of instructions
for building your own harness and other lighting mods people do. Good
discussion on picking relays and wire sizes. I think this should have been
stock from Ford. You NEED full voltage at the headlamps!
