[Shotimes] Replacing pass side headlight bulb

Well, I got two Silverstars for my '90 and put the driver's side one in for
comparison purposes.
 
As conspiracy theorists would have it, the pass bulb failed today.
 
Coincidence?  I think not! <G>
 
Anyway, what's the best way to replace pass side headlight bulb?
 
Remove the battery?
 
Remove the headlamp assy?
 
Find a Japanese girlfriend?
 
All suggestions welcome!
