[Shotimes] OT - Kumho ECSTA HP4 716

I have a first person review.  I installed a set of these on the SLO this 
past September, thinking that the car was going to be sold.  It needed 
tires, but I didn't want to pay a lot.  I got them for $240 mounted, 
balanced, and tax included at a local tire store, Sullivan Tire.

I wasn't expecting much, but I am pretty impressed so far.  Dry handling is 
fine, wet handling is very good, and snow/ice is not a problem for these, 
within reason of a normal all season tire.  Last Friday night we got about 
4" of snow, and the SLO made it through without a problem.  The SHO, with 
the crappy Eagle GT+4's was another issue.....

My opinion?  They can't be beat for the money.

The tires I had installed were 205/65/15's, BTW.
