My 92 was recently in an accident and I am trying to sort out insurance
issues which may result in the SHO being totaled out. The accident was
a week ago and all this is resolving quite slowly. Anyone had to deal
with this where they took the car back from the insurance company and
fixed it after the insurance company totaled out a car? I do not have
the insurance proposal yet but I want to be ready to deal with it. I
would like to fix my SHO if at all possible. If not I will be back for
SHO substitute suggestions like maybe a V8 SHO with low miles.
Second question, does the SHO use a standard wheel size. If I fix the
car I will need to replace one white wheel but in the mean time I could
use a cheep junkyard steel wheel instead of the space saver spare. Then
I could use it as a full size spare. What size steel wheel will work
for this purpose?
