[Shotimes] 93 MTX - no start - losing idle - UPDATE

 The IAC has a spring loaded disc on a shaft that is moved depending on the
PCM commands. With no power applied the spring holds the IAC closed. So I
think you did find the problem. Your IAC will probably work for a while
until it sticks again. Maybe spray some carb cleaner in it next time!
