[Shotimes] Emissions question

My NOX was very high, and the car was running rich.  I replaced the
engine temp sensor for the EEC and that fixed the problem.  I also
pulled the SPOUT jumper right before I got in line in Trenton.  I passed
with flying colors on that attempt.
