[Shotimes] ECC Codes...

The fuel pump code just means the car stalled since the codes were last
reset.  Is the car missing at all while driving, other than not wanting
to idle?  My car didn't like to idle, but didn't miss either, and it
turned out to be a vacuum leak on the manifold.
