[Shotimes] radiator question

So I'm browsing www.radiatorexpress.com, and I notice that the price of a radiator for a '95 ATX is $136.75, and the price of the MTX version is $102.00.  The description for the MTX says that it works for the ATX application as well, and the description for the ATX says that it works for the MTX application.  So what's the difference?  Can I actually get the MTX radiator for my ATX and will it work (does it have the tranny cooler?).  I notice that the dimensions listed for the two versions are a tad different (about 1/2 inch).  Anyone know why?
