For exhaust work of questionable legality, I got to the local Muffler Man,
and they are willing to do work for cash with a handwritten, vague receipt.

I get my exhaust work done at a local Midas. An long ago ex-co-worker of
mine runs it (not sure if that is a good thing). Doesn't always want to do
what I want but the money talks and I get quality work with quality material
for a reasonable price.
