[Shotimes] Camshaft Seal Leak Question

I'm a more than a little surprised to hear this.
I've sold more than 450 of the 3.0L upper gasket sets without a
single reported issue whatsoever with *any* included gasket or seal.
I've also sold more than 40 sets of those same cam seals separately
and not a single person has told me that they had any trouble with them
whatsoever.
I would gladly have sent another set of cam seals for you to
reinstall...Fel-Pro, National, CR, Victor, whatever works for you.
What was missing from the fuel injector seal set? The fuel injector
seal set includes what is pictured here:

Have sold 50+ of the fuel injector seal sets without a single
question, concern, or complaint whatsoever.
There are just the six injector-to-rail o-rings included in the 3.0L
upper gasket set, as pictured/described here:

Was there also something wrong with the rod bearings you installed?
