Soak it in PB Blaster. Let it sit for a while. Tap on the nut a few times with a hammer and punch. Not hard. Just enough to encourage the "breaking loose". Then soak it some more in PB Blaster.
After all this, use a hex wrench to get the nut loose. There should be room in the front of the subframe to grab the wrench and to tap it lightly with a hammer.
I would not recommend the use of a socket as it is terribly difficult this way, and you don't get a good feel for how easily, or not easily, the nut is coming off.
