Basically yes, with some other engine stuff (cams, engine management, etc).
The Legacy motor is already running 13.5 #s of boost, so I doubt that it is
just more boost, as the STi is 300 HP & 6K, 300 lbs/ft @ 4K, and the Legacy
is 250 HP @ 6K, and250 lbs/ft @ 3,600. I suspect a detuning for better
torque down low (which it has).

Doesn't the Legacy GT have the STi motor (2.5) with a smaller turbo?
