[Shotimes] L0S PCM?

Can the twEECer board correct a bad circuit that runs the secondaries? This
PCM doesn't feed the 12v to the green wire at idle, it sits at about .7-.8v
all the time, not only after 4K like it's supposed to.

with the twEECer board, you can run the X2J program on any year computer :)
