This proposed facility includes 4.1 mile roadcourse, 3/4 mile paved
tri-oval, 5/8 mile cart track, clubhouse, condos, hotel, garages for rent,
baseball field, tennis courts, soccer field, swimming pool, etc. I would be
a great location for a SHO convention if it is ever built. 45 miles to
historic sites in Philly, 45 miles to Atlantic City casinos. Hopefully they
will build it, but I wouldn't bet on it.

A project almost exactly like this was started several years ago in the
Reading, PA area. Lots of "investors" lost their "membership deposit" when
the whole thing dried up. There are many projects like this one around the
country. AFAIK, VIR is the only one that has actually opened in recent
years. http://www.virclub.com/

Apparently a road course is going to be built in a
town (Millville) which is about 20 minutes from my
house. If that happens and when it happens, I think we
should have a Philadelphia Convention. (15 min. from
my house) which puts the road course about an hour or
less away from Philly.
